Shocking experience

1) we are group of 4 senior citizens and couple with 1 year old infant. We had health issues with one senior citizens in sonamarg e route to ladakh, and ajaz was initially kind enough to revise our booking by one day. 2) but ajaz didn’t take our calls during date of checkin (we reached at 10 pm with infant) and we were stranded at minus temp with infant at high altitude. This guy most likely double booked rooms. 3) don’t trust this guy with high altitude leh. 4) given we were meted this inhuman treatment wherein we were stranded with infant.

It's very unfortunate to see this review from an individual who is so thankless despite acknowledging for changing his dates. And as for not taking call is concern there is no need to take call as he is having hotel address so should have come directly as staff were awake until 11 pm. Or even if he was planning to check-in should have called much before his arrival or even before leaving sonmarg. Actually he was calling me in morning from sonamarg that they won't be able to check=in even the next day as elders were not keeping well so can i get refund. How a sensible person can ask for refund as i had kept rooms for him blocked for 02 days. This individual came next day morning to the hotel to check that the rooms were there or not assuming that i might have given it to another guest. When my staff showed that rooms were kept vacant for them he was mum, had tea with me and left saying sorry. If he can come the check about the rooms availability then why didn't checked-in on same night. He was trying to get refund which wasn't possible for a no-show. He even asked me if he can sell the rooms to someone else and take rooms tarrif directly. I'm into this business for more than two decades but never came across and individual like him. Thankless creature.

Property location is easy reachable. Food is okay types with very less or no options. Rooms were clean

My experience is average due to right location and cleanliness. I always check the washroom first as my hygiene habit. And i found it extremely good. But the food options make my rating average instead of good.

It was a home way from home 🏘️

The property was true to its description. It is a well maintained hygienic, safe and scenic property with a rooftop restaurant that gives a view of the snow cladded mountains of Leh. The host Mr. Radhu ji along with all other staffs of the hotel were quite helpful in all aspects. The food was delicious. Rooms were neat and clean. Our overall stay was happy and peaceful. We would definitely recommend Radhu's Inn to all who are searching for a peaceful stay at Leh.
