A major worry after booking a hotel is whether the quality will be up to the mark. This is one of those hotels which you can book and have no regrets. The rooms are a bit small though, just barely enough to accommodate two. Unlike most hotels in Leh, there is 24 hours electricity which is a great convenience for charging batteries for the journey ahead. There is room heating and running hot water with clean toilets so it's quite comfortable to freshen up. The food is simply great so no need to search for a decent restaurant after a hard day's adventure because it's right there in the dining hall. Regarding the furniture, I liked the shoe rack but the drawers were a bit difficult to open and close probably because the wood has expanded due to the weather, but that's not a big hassle unless one forgets things in them. Another plus point here is the toilet ventilation window of the room we had gotten near the entrance which opens right in to the reception! Probably they had given this room to us on our last night because it would be a short distance for the luggage which was highly clever on their behalf. The best thing about such a terrific design was the ease of direct communication from the restroom with our driver, who had just arrived in the reception, and had been trying to call over the cell which was unavailable with me at the time as I had been busy in the restroom. I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is the best in Leh. Rooms are quite spacious and very well designed. Facilities are of international standard which is hard to get in a place like Leh. Overall a very good hotel. It does seem little expensive but if booked early one can get a good deal.

The hotel location is good just infront of bravely. But the room service is OK. And they need to improve their food. But after all the experience of double humped camp bravely is good. And it's just near by sand dunes

The hotel is situated near the main market road of the city, but at the same time in a calm area. The staff was very helpful and ready to satisfy our requests. The room was big and good enough to have a pleasant stay. Internet was not working due to some provider issue.

The hotels has good scenic view. Rooms, food and service. Just that it is a bit off the road. You have to go inside the streets to reach. But the hotel guys help you to call the taxi. Overall, good experience and you can find a lot of open space around the hotel.

The location is pathetic. It took us one hour to find the hotel. Dinner was not tasty. Breakfast was OK. No hot water available at all times. Had to take Bath with cold water in the daytime. We asked for water to clean our car but they didn't provide it. We found a good driver there who gave us good suggestions and arranged for oxygen cylinders for our next trip to Nubra valley and Pangong.

Very hospitable and warm team from Guljar to Sushant to the bell boy. They made me and my family feel like VIP. Very practical and courteous folks at the hotel. Gave proper guidance on sightseeing, took care of food and what not. Though the location is slightly off the thoroughfare yet the rooms are well appointed and vibrant with all the modern amenities. Facilities are excellent.

Food is awful and unnecessarily costly. Mutton was served for dinner on a day. It had a bad smell. A bottle of mineral water is INR 50 and a plate of chicken is INR 650. The hotel for stay only is good. Please never order for a lunch or dinner from here as there are plenty of good restaurants outside. WiFi is very weak in the deluxe rooms.
