The hotel is good, but the rooms have a gloomy vibe. The view from my room was mediocre, towards the street and not the mountains. The sitting area on first floor is good. The coffee was bad. Washrooms are not upto the mark.

coupleIt was a beautiful hotel at a prime location with all basic amenities. Rooms were large and had good view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Things to improve hot water service in washroom which is not 24x7. Food was tasty but options are very less and took too much time in preparation. Overall very good only for stay.

The stay was good according to its price. Couldnโt have asked for more in this budget. The food was fine rooms were fine and maintained well. But the balcony was of no use as it directly faced the parking of the hotel and all the smoke from vehicles spoiled the use of the balcony

Awsome service was provided by hotel staff, specifically i would like to mention mr. Irshad for his modesty. Overall stay was really very good. I stayed here for 4 days. Quality of b'fast and dinner was very good

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days with family from 15th april 23 onwards. The stay was excellent, homely and tasty food and nice amenities. Mr. Parvez is very helpful in planning my tour programmes. Mr roshan is also very co operative. I recommend this hotel for my friends and public.

Our stay at hotel the presidency was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. Linen and bathroom were also clean. Food served in room or at the restaurant was delicious. To top it all, service by the hotel staff was prompt. There are quite a few shops around, though the leh market is 2 km away. All in all, enjoyed the two nights stay and would love to stay here again.
