hotel rooms not maintained properly. this property need maintains 24*7 room service not available staff behaviour good 👍

IT was average. AC button was too hard , seemed like u have to use hammmer on button to change temperature. Wash Room was clogged. Water was not flowing

They have rats in evry room , all night I wake up they change my room but there is also rats and food was also very bad quaily

We had booked a room The first room (104) that was given to us had an AC that was not cooling at all, the room was completely hot. We waited thinking it would get cool, we even called room service and they said wait, it will start working. But when it still didn’t work, the room was changed. After changing (105), the second room also had the same problem — the AC was not cooling, and there were so many rats in the room. Then at 1 a.m. at night, we again had to change the room. In the third room(201), there was a major issue with the electricity. We thought it would get fixed and decided to wait, but it didn’t. Then at around 6:30 we called the service, and they said the light had gone 2–3 times. Overall, it was a very bad experience.We had to wait for 3–4 hours for the cooling.We have never seen such a situation in any hotel till now.

It was good and comfortable and all the amenities were proper

Good food service . Good room condition . Location is also . Near by lot of markets are there . You can enjoy local food

They bed mattress was uncomfortable and thier was an eye coming out from it it could have been harmful while sleeping I already mention to the receptionist of the guar hotel kindly look into this matter

Location good, staff excellent, facilities poor like fridge not working, bath tub not working, dryer in washroom is of cheap quality, food was poor not tasty at all specially buffet breakfast

Not value for money. Old hotel, small rooms. Dirty towels and bath tubs. Not at all what is shown in pictures

Great stay

It was a perfect stay with tasty food and all the facilities intact. Staff was very polite and the room was clean.

Hotel was good. Not worth the 6500 per night tariff i paid. I had a short stay for 1 night to stay the night of the concert. Facilities are good. Breakfast was okay. Location was superb! walking from sec 35 market. Service was also very good. They delivered outside food orders without any fuss. It's just that they don't have normal bisleri/kinley mineral water bottle. They have only vedika. Staff behaviour was very nice and jovial. Smooth checkin checkout process also.

Not quality for money, feels like guest house, no hot water, still food is so costly, 1 soup -200rs, 2 glabjamun 150, that too of not good quality. Could be fine in case if per day charge of 1500 not mote than that

Overall stay was good, room size is good but furniture can be improved. Breakfast menu is limited and can be improved

It was 3rd time we stayed in the gaur and we are extremely happy with the services. Food is also good and tasty.

There was a lack of hospitality, i had to announce my room number every time i had to pass through reception, manager at the breakfast had a very judgmental glaze at us. We felt uncomfortable.
