1. general lack of customer care. 2. ⁠Poor Room Amenities 3. ⁠Unpleasant Ambiance

The Hotel was not at all peaceful. There was constant noise from the drilling machine in the room. The bathroom was terrible. The water was having a foul smell. The food quality was poor. Fruits were rotten and the curd was sour.

the location is good but the hotel needs renovation. the washrooms smell bad the bedsheets are not good

The employee Ramandeep on the reception is non corporative. When a guest came into the hotel at least receptionist has a smile on his or her face but no always have a angry face and no hot water in the tap and shower not working.

We didn't get hot water in the room tap. Location is very good. Service was good. Old rooms was the only problem.

the hotel interior was good the new renovated one. But when ordered drinks there was something in that one mosquito and some plastic when asked to return they did not return it.

Himani's located in the best part of the city. All my favorite restaurants and markets are nearby. Apart from that, staff was very friendly. There is option for early check-in, even though they charge for it but it's quite convenient. Overall, one of my favorite places to stay in chandigarh.

As per booking plan breakfast and one meal was included. On confirmation at hotel it was conveyed that only fixed meal (veg thali) will be provided. Quality of food served was unhygienic same was shared with hotel management and make my trip. I have also requested to am-mend plan of booking without breakfast and meal. Still i have not got any confirmation regarding refund for change in booking plan
