Average Hotel but good foo
We booked 3 family rooms via MMT. Stay experience was not good. There is lot of scope for the improvement. However we liked the food they served. We stayed in a family room. It was too compact for a family. Also it was not cleaned as we found cockroaches roaming around. Moreover it has boiler in bathroom which takes lot of time getting hot water. Food was good as we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. Rice kheer served in dessert was yummy. Location of hotel is good as Bhagsunag Temple is just 5 minutes walkable. Overall it was not good experience to stay there.

The stay was good at the hotel. Location could have been improved. Otherwise everything is nice.They even upgraded all our rooms.

Horrible and complete waste.
Third Class Hotel, with no hot water, no cleanliness, no in-house kitchen. we had booking for 2 nights but we leave the hotel on same day and wasted our money as it was non refundable. Only 1 staff in whole hotel for every need- so horrible. Do not waste you money.

Superb
3 Rooms booked for our family in the hotel. Our stay was nice. Well cleaned rooms with mountain view balcony was superb 👌 location is nice near bhagu water fall . Overall we enjoyed by staying here.

Room was good staff was also nice behaviour. But restaurant was not good they provided food from outside no menu described items available if they make food in restaurant then makes so spicy. I ordered noodles it was very bad and sticky, i ordered mashroom do pyaza it was spicy and test less, i ordered kdahi pane-er but it was also spicy only masala masala no taste many items they provide from outside dhaba front of hotel. But if i ignore this trouble then location was the hotel is good staff is polite.

Terrible Stay
It was a terrible experience. We have booked 2 no deluxe rooms with breakfast. But the hotel manager could make us check-in in only in one room while other room could have been ready after 10:00 pm in the night while they should have get both rooms ready for check-in after 11:00 am in the morning. Breakfast was also not good. Only two options were there aloo prantha and poha. Overall very boas experience will not recommend anyone to stay here.

Excellent Stay
Loved the vibe it had a lovely staff the food was good and in the rain time the balcony fealt heavenly. Best hotel i mo in the given price bracket. Must visit once if u want to live away from the city noises and bustle. Also the hotel has good breakfast spots nearby which are a must to visit.

It was a good experience with hotel castle. Food is good. Hotel staff is helpful. The only problem is that the tv set top box is not working properly.
