Only plus point is it is close to the main railway station. Everything else is bad! dirty and dark corridors, hot water doesn’t work, tv doesn’t work.

Could have been much better
familyExcellent rooms, very good location and renovated interiors. The only sour experience was the lack of good hospitality skills. Booked room for 2 days and had food in their restaurant itself. At the time of check out, when i asked the desk guy for the complementary water bottles, he was very dismissive and non cooperative. It's small matters like this which spoil a good wholesome experience. I really hope the management reads this and employs more customer centric persons in the front desk at least.

Poor Stay
1st no response on the call 2nd no hot water supply in the bathroom 3rd no complimentary water bottles provided 4th we stayed for 2 days but no one come to clean the room.

The stay was good and the staff were friendly even if we were from a different state and rooms were well maintained, over all excellent stay

Twin bed room alloted. Spacious room. But the bed spread is not clean. Early morning hot water is not coming. Kettle is not clean. Lighting is not sufficient. Overall not satisfied

Double standard for standard deluxe rooms!
We stayed there twice with in a span of 2 week. First time the room (113) was just awesome, spacious neat and clean room bathroom with nice light ambience. So i booked there itself next time also, but second time when we reached 12. 30 at night and we got an average(surely pathetic below average for the price we paid) small room with old n poorly maintained bathroom etc. As it was already late n we are there for just one night sleep, we stayed in that room itself, so pls note this before booking here( close proximity to railway station and their own RHR restaurant for food etc are main advantages for staying here )

Old property with old standards
groupWe selected this hotel but the reality is far . Unhygienic environment, they do have a low class bar and they prefer customers there.The security did not permit our vehicle to enter the hotel.The toileteries they give are one sample soap and one shampoo for two persons.They gave unwashed towels and bedsheets.Altogother that was a horrible experience.
