Terrible Stay

I faced the worst terrible experience We booked the whole home stay they didnt open the ac rooms they are asking more money for that

Dear Muhammed, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. We would like to clarify a few points. Our standard occupancy is two guests per room, and for your group of four, we provided three rooms. We also noted that all three rooms at our property are equipped with air conditioning. Regarding the additional charges, we kindly request that you refrain from making accusations of dishonesty. We host many guests through various channels, and your experience was quite disappointing for us as well. Additionally, despite being informed of our quiet hours, you played loud music late into the night, which is inappropriate for a homestay environment. While we encourage parties, we do so with certain rules to ensure the comfort of all our guests. Disturbing our lady caretaker in the middle of the night and behaving rude was also not acceptable.
