The stay was good, food option was also very good. Proper functional bathroom was a bit of issue to me. Though other than that the stay was quite wonderfull

Hotel rate is high. Amount charged by Make My Trip was 50% more costly. A.C was not working properly.

Hotel rooms are very good. Hot and cold water available. Room food service are excellent. Easy transportation outside hotel. Staff behaviour nice. Like to stay again. Only 10 minutes from dish a barakpore.

Hotel stay was very decent. But the thing is they didn't give water bottle as complimentary nor if you ask for regular water ro. They will say it is not available.

The room was clean and comfortable, staff were polite and gentle. Everything was well and good is what I felt in a short span of my stay of 2-3 hours in this hotel.

The hotel's location and the area of the hotel were peaceful and safe. The hotel is safe and secured. The room and the washroom were clean. The staff behavior was good. But the price of the hotel was high as compared to the accommodation of the hotel. Only a pouch of shampoo was provided, no soap and other basic things are not provided. Overall it was a nice stay for me.

The location was near to the Airport. The location was very peaceful and the Hotel was easily located. The food was great but breakfast, the variety was less. Room was great with all the facilities. Recommendable stay.
