After booking hotel doesn't confirm our stay n the contact number u provided that don't exist please update your knowledge regarding the hotels contact details. So because this issue we canceled our trip and our money got wasted

It was poor service and no water in the room taps
familyThere was no water in the room washroom. Despite informing continuously for 3 times in 3 mornings, nothing was done. The person at reception was rude when asked for refund. The staff needs to be told to be helpful and provide correct information to guests.

It's problem created by nature because it's a temperature in Shimla. Water is not come inside due to pipe jam.
