Review Of Hotel Skylark inn

Very very very bad experience. We booked in advance but got the room after 6-hour delay and not the room we booked. It was third class room. There was not support from the staff and they told If you dont like the room you can cancel the booking.

Dirty rooms AC not working, Electricity was out for an hour, no water bottles given. The hotel charged extra for water bottles,

Vast experience ever lift was not working & we have to use stairs to 2 floor & toilet was dirty & as I have taken breakfast included there was no breakfast available & the manager told we will bring the food from outside like poha etc. I have not argued with them & left the room morning 8:30 am.

Bad experience

Room was not cleaned. Very small. Breakfast was included in package but was not provided staff was co-opetative.

Shabby rooms, they didn't allow me to take pictures of the room. Didn't stay at hotel.

Leaking washroom. Cockroaches in rooms. Bad linen. No parking had to park road. No break fast provided. Rude staff. Food quantity not as per rate and is too costly. Suggest mm t to duelist the property.

They were horrible as they had given used stained bedlinen. When i asked the manager he said i should have gone to 5star hotel.

There is no breakfast available. They just served bread with butter and tea. Wash basin was choked. Room was on second floor without lift..

It was an absolute horrible experience. No clean toilets and toileteries, stinking towels.

Manager asked us to take the room which was not as per the deal, or cancel the deal and leave the hotel at 8 pm. Room condition was bot good, all lights in room were hanging, no hot water in bathroom in cold season. Food service was ok

Except some plumbing works, hot water supply was disturbing, the stay for 2 days were comfortable. Corridor were clean and people in reception were good.

Very cold staff at reception. No one wearing safety mask. The normal sanitation required was also poor. The room shown in pics & actual are same but the color of room is faded with spots all over wall which is pathetic. Sheer waste of money for the price charged. Asked for breakfast & tea in room which got served after 30 min & that too cold. It shows that how degraded the customer experience will be. No toothbrush, soap or small towel.

Cleaning is the only issue

Faced trouble with hot water, toiletries and no wifi as well.

Rooms very small, ac not functioning properly, very limited breakfast option, no value for money.

Given me a room in which someone was already staying. Torn bedsheets. Smelly rooms,

Staff is not cooperative at all

1. Hotel had a non functioning AC. 2. Front desk and room service staff are inexperienced and pathetic. 3. Fan wasn't working. 4. Note that complimentary breakfast is for only one food item. If you are hungry be ready to pay more. 5. Bed accessories provided wasn't clean and had hair and was also soiled. Overall its not worth what you pay.. Maybe worth Rs. 500 at the max.
