Hot water was not available during our stay. Also, we requested them to extend the stay for couple of hours which they didn't agreed. They have to pay for that also.

Very bad experience, room are not clean properly. This hotel is mainly for events not for the stay as family

i checked in at 8pm and I dint received food for that night The staff asked to order food from zomato as they had out door party and was out of food inventory which was terrible I needed to go outside to buy food for my family The staff was not well professional The swimming pool didn't have clean water .also bed had blood stained on it

Rooms were good, but person at reception wasn't welcoming at all, and rude. Not helpful, amenities weren't provided.

Hotel rooms are good but swimming pool experience was very bad.pool was dirty and i asked staff for cleaning water staff aslo not responding us.i booked hotel and pay more for pool for my children but its not worth it for this for after pay more for pool hotel😡

Rooms are good. And i felt that the bed has bed bugs coz the next day i had red marks on my back. service is very poor. Now i get it why its cheap.

We had the resort booked during the 15th aug'25 long weekend. The only good thing was that the room was overlooking the pool. The only not so good was the food as there aren't too many options. Also felt the food price was overpriced. Hence, Lunch and Dinner was ordered from the food delivery apps The amenities and Services were also quite basic, nothing extraordinary. The premises are big as they mostly have weddings and corporate events planned. They have the green carpet all over the property, it's not natural grass.

The hotel was great, the ambience was extraordinary. They provided us ganga ghat view rooms and it was very good experience.

The walls of the rooms are very thin. There is no fire safety in room (sprinkler, smoke detector) Basic essentials like soap, handwash isn't available. The pools are not maint

The service throughout the stay was prompt and courteous, adding to the overall positive experience. One of the best aspects was the affordability. For the price paid, the quality of stay was outstanding, making it excellent value for money. Another bonus is the availability of food delivery options, which allowed us to try different cuisines during the stay without any hassle. All in all, it's a place I would highly recommend for both business and leisure stays. Looking forward to returning in the future!

The room were clean and neat. The stay and hospitality was warm. We had a power cut issue but the staff was amazing to deal with it within the limited time and also extended our check out timings for the compensation. Overall it was very enjoyable stay. The property was huge n neatly maintained. Food was limited menu but they served us well and tasty food.

Property is Good and easily accessible. Rooms were spacious. Staff is cordial. Some activities like indoor games can be added for more pleasant stay.
