Review Of Hotel Sitara Regency

it was worst stay ever . cleanliness was zero . the bedsheet and the covers were like they have not washed from months , washroom was not clean . not recommended for stay.

It is in sanjauli. Mug was broken, tv was not working. Towel was dirty. We stayed just one night it was budget friendly so i chose.

Room was clean. They provided towel but it was dirty. I also requested them to change bedsheet and quilt, before my arrival and they told me that they have done it, but it was still dirty and had few hairs in it which i don't like. Overall, i had to choose it again because of no availability of other hotels nearby that location otherwise i would not have choosen it again. This was my 2nd stay here in the same hotel.

Room was pathetic … blankets, bedsheet were not clear washrooms were not clean … food was okay rest staff was good … rest will not recommend this hotel

Bad food and hygiene, no parking facility

Rooms were really untidy and messed up. Blankets and bedsheets had stains on them and were really old. No cleanliness maintained at all. Only good thing was view.

Location is awesome. Food and cleanliness is OK. Service is OK.

Very dirty room too much dust and mouses roaming in the room. Bedsheets not clean when we say then they changed. Location very nice. Overall all good They have to clean room before check in.

The room which has been shown in images are totally different from what I got ... It was not at all good, washrooms were not cleaned, they are still using old television not led. Overall it was not a good hotel.

The hotel is not bad but som thing more need to be done in the interst of the hotel and the guests so that both are satisfied in the end. Service I s good but food quality need to improve to the satisfaction of the guests. Cleaniless is also good to the satisfaction. Totally not bad

Reach hotel in night but no light in hotel and no any power backup in hotel, no any fan in rooms. Very bad experience with hotel. No any support. Never suggest to any one. Go there your money is waste. With my family whole night no sleep, very bad and poor.

Its a good experience to stay there. Rooms are good, Foo ding is not good. We stay there and as per me its an average hotel but as compare to others its better. Rooms are well maintained but space is very small, nice view, good hotel for small budget.

Overall poor experience with the hotel stay. We booked a family suite for 4 people but the room was very small, only one charging point, very less space for everyone. Set at about 7 km from city center, the hotel is very poor in cleanliness and facilities and overall services. Also it was a total loss in terms of money. Not recommendable to anyone.

Nice staff, good service and near victory tunnel and Kufri in simla. So good stay in Simla. Good and clean room for people to stay in family suit room. Comfortable is the room so in joy winter and enjoy.

It was a nice experience for me to stay here, I felt as same as I was at my own home. Very friendly staff. It is situated in posh area of Sanjauli and in main market. There are all facilities like means of transportation and other necessary things.

Worst experience ever had with no service. Rooms and interior are too bad. Cigarettes & many other bad things were found in rooms. There was no electricity the whole night. Bed sheets and blankets were unwashed. There was no customer service at all. Whoever is reading this message, never book this hotel!

Just one word for them Pathetic, Horrible, Sluggish. They don't even listen to you if you face any difficulty. Don't go for hotel images available on makemytrip. Reality is something else. Dirty rooms with smell everywhere. Dusty linen, rude staff, worst location.

No value for money. Car parking firstly not available and need to park in public parking which is very costly. Facilities are very poor. No TV channels. Old television. Location is so far from ridge and Mall Road, Shimla. Rooms are having smell. Never stay at this hotel.
