not clean, not provided basic things.. compact and dark room.. no handwash in washroom.. no towel provided.. bedsheet was not clean

In-spite of confirmed booking not got ac room, no basic amenities in toilet, no basic facilities, and an overall bad experience. Please coordinate with hotel silver 7 for the payment issue, they said they have not received payment from your end

There are no provision for making food. They don't have facility to provide the internal call facility.

The room was quite good but a little congested for 2 people. Toilet facilities were good. Customer service was good. Overall it was a satisfying experience
