power supply
service was very bad, power supply not there ,water heater not working...we can't both also. room cleaning not done. we stayed two days..

The Suite @Hotel Seirra
It's not very much of ease location of finding the stay but compared to the rush area of traffic @ main access area of kodaikanal ,this place of stay was a nice & good to stay & it's only a little bit of around 3kms only away from main area

Average stay
Stay is good and food was also good But too late reactions, lots of confusion in room allocation, no drinking water kept in any of the room, no proper backup for power , had issue with water and power Rest everything was good and good people

Good for family stay
Good environment for family stay. Location far from city center. Food ok and services also good. Had power cut issues.

Average Stay
Property location is lit bit inside and hard to reach there. Outside amenities looks better. Break fast was average with 2 items. And it got delayed too. While coming to the room, there is no kettle, all were very average. They were not providing hot water as well. Tv was not workikg. Etc.

Unsatisfactory or just ok.
Location is near to the kodaicanal lake and is ok. I got a very small room says its a premium one, but feels like a very normal and no amenities or view. The attitude of the staff is very unsatisfactory. Feels like ignoring when ask for something. Doesn’t feels like we are treated as a guest there. Food is just ok and not upto the mark. Will not select this hotel for a next time visit

Good room and services, needs work in food
The location was a bit far from the main city, but the room and services were very good. There are less options for food from here and the food prepared in the restaurant below has 2-3 options only.

Over priced. Room is not clean
familyRoom is not clean. Over priced. Allotted room in 3rd floor. No lift. Its difficult for aged people to go up.

familyWorst experience i had ever have. Not suitable for stay. Rooms, bedsheets all were not cleaned. Receptionist was unresponsive. Food quality was below average.

Kodai stay
Staffs are friendly. Really enjoyed homely food. Owner and staff are approachable, coffee and tea served with good quality. Plenty of car parking. Regards p. Albert

Location was very astonish
Location was very amaze. Booked my rooms via mmt. Food was really tasty as homemade foods. They had a excellent garden area. Staffs were very friendly. Negetive veiw: no hot waters poring in geyser (hotel management are no res-ponced and also mmt, bathroom doors are not porperly locked. Water leakage in bathroom tab. Request: management has to take initation for repair and maintenance your porperty.

familyThe room service was the worst, no one attended the call, they said you might have asked for any query while check in we might have provided the correct number. If you are not using extension then why you have pasted the numbers for help " pl dial for reception. . It is the duty of the hotel to explain that extension available only certain timings, remaining period pl not our mobile no. Etc, food with a restricted menu. The room was good, the officials behavior was good but not as per tourist requirements. Full night there was no water and in the morning they started by 7 am. The location is very good, you can see sunrise behind mountains. Beware of jungle e buffalo so avoid night walk

No ventilation in bathroom. Some rooms have no windows. No exhaust fan in toilet. Breakfast was good but limited items only and no coffee tea was offered with breakfast.
