Review Of Hotel shyam Palace dx

Could only stay only 1 night and they refused to refund for next 7 days. Horrible experience and when asked for refund refused to pay.

एकदम थर्ड क्लास होटल संडास बाथरुम अ स्वच्छतारूम रुम मधे पिनयाचे पाणी सोय नाही गलिफैमिली ला घेउन जाणयाचे ठिकान नाही

ये जगह बहुत बेकार् है फॅमिली रहने के लायक नाही ह गली बहुत बेकार है ओर इसके बहर गली मे लफंगो का डेरा रहता है हमने बुकिंग किया था लेकिन व्हा एक भी दिन नाही रुके है ओर उसके बाद भी एक रुपये वापस नाही किया. रुके ही नाही व्हा तो फोटो क्या भेजे. पैसा वापस हो सकता है तो करा दीजिये

Location is good. 600 meter from rk ashram metro station and 1 km from ndls railway station. Good food is available in restaurants near by.

Worst ever stay. Bedsheet were burnt. Smelly rooms and horrible condition of toilet. Water spread over the floor. A big no to this hotel.

Not proper hygiene, no proper maintenance, not changing bed sheets at all, no geyser facility, no privacy, worst staff, no safety, worst food service, no proper bathroom. Please don't visit here.

The staff was not cooperative. Hotel look in my trip app is good but in reality it's not good. Rooms condition is also 3/10.

Had a bad experience. Beds are not cleaned and rooms are filled with cigarette odor. Place not nice and it very hard to find it. Terrible room. Terrible service.

No room service. They asked me for cash payment instead of online payment. No one comes for room cleaning. Most of the taps were not working in the washroom.

The room given to me was the worst. Water dripping from the ceiling. The washroom was very unhygienic, bed bugs and dirty linen. Hotel management is also the worst they did change my room even after the complaint. Do not book this hotel.

Not good not clean. It is so far from railway station but on map it show small distance

It is very congested dark and not at all higeane.. Like a old cottage.. No tiles.. Other room noise smoke everything come to our room through bathrooom ventilation 👍

Dirty water dirty room worst house keeping i had payed money extra 500 toilet unclean blanket is in wort condition and not clean bedsheets not clean in worst condition totally room was like a garbage

They asked extra charges for check-in. After telephonic conversation with customer support executive i was agreed to pay the extra amount and i asked for invoice. They denied to provide invoice. Worst experience ever

shyam palace was so unhygienic and bad i cannot tell you. very smelly and dirty rooms, bed was full of dust plus hotel staff was very much non cooperative they just provided us a bed sheet in this winter to sleep under. v

Washroom was too dirty, no health faucet was there, no hot water.
