Service staff very poor response you won’t feel u have taken room u relaxed disturbances at night staff not at all cooperative they seems like they don’t care you want to stay or not worst experience ever

In spite of the rooms available in plenty they allotted the worst room in which the AC was not working also that it was stinking. I have noticed this so many times that when I book rooms through Make my trip the Hotelier allots the worst available rooms . I request to please take this seriously so that people are booking and getting worse treatment, that should not happen. We literally fought with them and made them shift to a better' room.

Hotel was well maintained. Decent and spacious rooms. Very good and tasty breakfast. Strongly recommended for business and family travellers.

The hotel was good, the rooms were excellent. Food served is a bit spicy. Billing desk service was below average and had issues with the printing invoice. The location is good and is easy to reach from the airport.

Really worse slow Internet lot of corridor noise and small to which YouTube don’t even work wife also don’t work and it’s too expensive price

It was a good place to stay and the facilities are good. Drinking Water are need and clean .The floors are clean and the bed are most comfortable to sleep with a cold arresting bed sheet.

I stayed for two nights and the experience was nice. The food was amazing. The only complaint i have is the wifi. No passwords or qr codes were mentioned anywhere in the room. It would be good if that was there as well.

Very good hotel. Neat and clean room and convenient place for ramoji film city. Only issue with the hotel is, it doesn't provide early check-in even if room is available.

Good hotel close to drdo, excellent spead at buffet breakfast. Front desk staff was very helpful with directions to drdo and staff even assisted with access to room to change post checkout.

This was the first time we visited the hyderabad and this hotel all was good but food service was limited

Nice room and excellent service and we liked food in hotel only rather than outside only concern is too much of disturbance at night as they have party hall and they club both family and party makers rooms in the same floor creating lot of disturbance during sleep hours at mid night otherwise everything is fine

Not worthy of 4. 5k room, bathroom is not clean, room service was also delayed. Overall an average stay.

Hotel is very average staff not supportive bad experience no complementary breakfast provided and discouraged us to why we have booked through make my trip app instead if we had booked offline they would have offered breakfast as complementary.

Rooms are ok. I had a horrible experience while checking out. For 45 minutes beyond 12. 00 check out time, i was forced to pay extra charges of arms. 500. 00. I haven’t had such bad experience in any of my tours. In fact i had checked in at 6. 00 pm only. They provided only one towel for double occupancy and refused to provide even one bottle of 200ml extra

Good place to if your looking to say in that area. Restaurant is good. Rooms are well maintained & clean wash room. Room service can be improved

U have charged and that too not included breakfast.

Good hospitality pleasant stay

The location, cleanliness and ambiance of the hotel is very good. The staff were friendly. The room was very spacious. The washroom is very clean. We had a very pleasant stay. The lobby was very good so that we could comfortably sit for some time and meet our guests.
