I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with my guests stay at hotel on 26th December 2024. I feel compelled to bring the following issues to your attention: 1 No breakfast despite being charged. 2 Lack of hygiene eg., towels, unclean floors, bathroom, soap..3 Poor service eg., lack of house keeping, unhelpful staff. Because of hotel issues, my guests check out yesterday itself. I would like to request a full refund for breakfast charges, as well as compensation for the poor service and cleanliness issues. I trust you will take this feedback seriously to ensure guests do not experience the same problems. Thanks in advance.
