Note safe for family and women. Its better to stay in zostel than this hotel. Its better to stay in dormatory than this hotel.

Poor Stay
my hotel booking included breakfast....which hotel did not provide, their was rat in room ,they have charged me for water rs 30 for a 1 ltr bottle.nothing was complimentary neither breakfast nor water..which they have charged extra, room had single charging socket, geyser was not working

No any help during stay in hotel.
As per room price no facility available. If customer ask for any things staff ignore this. All badsheet provide by staff not clean and same to whole floor water leakage. Toilet is not usable condition (no cleaning).

Poor Stay
Worst experience i've, cockroaches lying everywhere, i have complained twice but due to advance payment done from our side they were not taken any action. No cleanliness, no intercom available, no stool for bath, no sampoo available. Overall pathetic experienced i have.

1. Kindly remove this property from mmt. 2. We trust on mmt and you are providing such a worst property. 3. Cockroaches are there in rooms. 4. I have changes three romms and also enquiry to other hotels but rooms are not available in other hotels hence i stay there. 5. Break fast start after 9. 00 am, how can we take break fast after 9. 00 am. 6. Now i feel that i never go with mmt. Thank you for providing such a worst property. - issue starting from check in. - uncleen beedsheet and pilow -flimsy towel - phone not working - tap holder not working. - unclean room overall completely bad 👎 even I choose duplex room. imagine if I choose classic 😡

Worse experience ever
Very poor experience with hotel, poor response, dirty and dusty room extremely poor condition beds, safety issue also there. name of complimentary breakfast. Not advise to stay if any arrangements exist.
