The room of the hotel is very good and it is fully airconditioned , washroom is clean , hotel was situated at very prime location,

very good service with good staff,, hotel cleaning is very good, all over great

Nice & decent stay for overnight. We stayed in this hotel for one night while going to prayagraj. Hotel is on the main road.

The amenities and services of the property were terrible . The taps were broken , bed sheet was dirty and the walls were damp .The room was filthy

The experience was very bad. When we reached the hotel the hotel satya's staff refused to give us the room or said that all the rooms were already booked. We made many requests but the hotel staff refused.

Everything was good there, pricing, location, staff behaviour, cleanliness. Had a great stay, nothing to complain about except lack of inhouse restaurant but that is negligible because just outside of the hotel there are numerous eating spots.
