Review Of Hotel Preet

I was pretty sad, because in the three days of my stay i was given a smaller room which i had not even booked on day 1. Moreover, there was no hot water and i had to bathe with cold water without a choice. I hope you will take these issues seriously.

I booked the room through makemytrip with full payment in advance but when i went to the hotel at night 12pm they didn't provide any room saying that their hotel is fully booked and they have no booking of make my trip. My son also contacted mm t customer support team on phone call but they also failed to help me out. This amounts to cheating and deficiency in service where a senior citizen is left wandering in the night hours in an unknown city.

Good hotel but breakfast facility oaky okay

We reached the hotel at 8. 00pm and left the hotel at 8. 00am on the next day. Experience was good. But tv was not working.

The place was easily locatable and the staff there was also nice and humble. The only problem we found there was the blankets provided were a bit smelly, probably were not washed properly or not washed at all. Other than that a really nice place to stay.

Hotel was clean and room was clean too love to stay again

Good Hotel to stay along with family

Ac is not working. No power facility during power failure. No toiletries given. Dirty toilets. No stopper in toilet we have to use the toilet open.

Basically all are good facility room service is too good TV is to small and few channels are not available which I want to watch but this is not an big issue all over good.

Had a great time with this hotel. This is my good experience.
