Review Of Shalimar Palace

I stayed at this hotel recently. The service staff were okay, but the bathroom had an unpleasant smell and clearly needs renovation. The room door lock was also in very poor condition, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, the experience was below expectations.

I stayed in this hotel for the first time which is located near the civil line in Raebareli. The cleanliness of the rooms is very good. I found the food here very tasty and the behaviour of the staff here is very friendly.

My experience with hotel shalimar palace has been very good, the cleanliness of the hotel and the behavior of the staff has been very friendly, the service of the staff was excellent, the rating of breakfast and dinner is excellent

Rooms are on 1st floor and small in size. Cleanliness and hygiene standards needs improvement. Lifts are not available. Quality of food is ok.

There was no hot water availability in 2 of the 3 rooms i checked in.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable

It was clean stylish room with excellent service room service and food was good and great service. Value for money.

The room was not cleaned i found a big rat inside my room and a lizard in the bathroom

This hotel is situated at an excellent location. Reception female staff is so courteous. Only issue which i faced is presence of mosquitoes in the room. Rest is all right

Overall good but improvement needed in washroom area.
