Hotel pleasant view

I had a wonderful 4-day stay at Hotel Pleasant View. The overall experience was great — the room service was prompt and efficient, and I got an excellent deal through MakeMyTrip, which made the stay even more worthwhile. The food was delicious. We ordered veg biryani, veg fried rice, and veg Manchurian — the Manchurian was especially my favorite. The biryani also came with complimentary raita and salad, which was a nice touch. There are a couple of areas that could be improved — the toilets could have been cleaner, and a few rooms may need some maintenance due to regular wear and tear. That said, the housekeeping was reliable — the bed sheets and pillowcases were changed daily, and the tea/coffee amenities were replenished every day, which was appreciated. We are staying here for two days in an executive room. Room is big and spacious with a good interior, but disturbing our peace by some rats, it's not expected. Behavior of staffs were very good and polite, we were facing water problem in bathroom slightly, it's ok rest of things good.

Spacious room and having all kinds of amenities particularly tea making machines, toiletries, clean and cushion bed with powerful centralised air conditioning. Supportive staff

good places for solo and bus in trip. have better and helping staff with good and supportive behavior

Hotel staff and hospitality are very good. Rooms are clean. Foods are a little bit oily as for my concern just because i basically avoid oily food, but taste are good.

Good food, clean rooms and washrooms alongside cordial staff made it a pleasant stay
