Review Of The jay hotel

it was terrible experience, it is not hotel but a sort of school hostel, toilet with indian seats, flush not working, fans dirty,blanket bedsheets dirty and smelling,no water. Manager himself telling that rooms are not good he advised me to cancel the booking, very strange, I have not seen such hotel with indian seat,no geyser,no bathing facilities, he told me that he has black listed the app. very very bad,worst experience. my impression -such hotel be not listed by you, it is damaging ur reputation. worst experience , my group members were very very annoyed with me. you should monetary compensate me for this harassment otherwise I will be forced to put it on various social media.

I am a humble request to you that please first you check the hotel and after this you provide to work with your business. I have booked a room tonight but there are no hotel only a temporary shelter which are also located on one side and was closed. It's looking like a motor garage. I am not possible to stay here. I fill to cheated. I have lost my money which we wish hard.

There is no ac, the hotel was still under construction, so cement and sand were piled up and the whole area was covered in dust. There was no clean towel. No ac and no breakfast. Some of the basic amenities were claimed in the hotel catalogue in make my trip. Hygiene was a real concern.

Hotel services are good but you need to improve location on google map and there is no any ac room i humbly request to make my trip to make sure in hotel thata there are ac available or not
