The room was not cleaned. Located near esplanade metro station. But, staffs are rude. They denied giving room if it is booked

Most dirtiest place i have ever come across, damp unclean smelly dirty place. They have audacity to put such a pathetic stay on mmt. Please review the properties before you make the travellers suffer.

I booked an ac room. They provide me a room with faulty ac and with a terrible interior

The photo and reality is completely different. It's very deceiving. We stayed for 2 nights, room is average, blanket and cot is average. At 5am noise of someone hitting the wall is constant. Room is pretty average

I booked 2 room 4 people double bed. But we got 1 room is good another room was first floor it was very bed.

Poop floating in the toilet, power cuts and invasive questions from manager

Old receptionist was very rude in behaviour. They don't provide anything to outsider. They don't provide cutlery, poor bathroom, ac doesn't work, these are the problems i faced with my family
