VERY BAD EXPERIENCE HOTEL STAFF PROVIDE ME ROOM WHICH IN NOT BOOKED BY ME

hotel is very good, well maintained, but service is very slow. food quality compromised. I think they but food from outside and serve inside.

Location is very good just few meters away from rail station. Staffs are well behaved. Other amenities are ok. Improviment required in complementary breakfast as it generally offered other similar type hotel with more options in breakfast menu.

The stay was quite comfortable. The room was neat and tidy. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. Food was good as well. The staff was courteous and they attended with a smile. Overall it was a good experience.
