I had a good stay at Hotel Royal Suites Plus. The service was generally good. On the first day, there was an issue with warm water, but it was resolved afterward. However, warm water was only available in the morning, which was a bit inconvenient. The staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. The food was also good. Most importantly, the location is excellent—just 100 meters from the Dargah, making it very convenient for visiting. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Service is very poor Hotel and rooms not clean Baad sheet and towels are not clean TV not working AC not well working We call many calls for service but not responded

when we reached there they have not given us the family suite booked room instead they give the other room but 2 and the hospitality was terrible, we have to told the manager to clean the washroom and change the bedsheets. overall experience was 2/5.

it was a wonderful place and specifically the food was good because the other restaurants were very untidy and unhygienic. the services provided by them were best and accurate and they always answered the question politely with respect

I would highly recommend staying at this property. The reception staff are exceptionally welcoming and friendly, ensuring a pleasant check-in experience. Both the service and room cleaning are of a good standard, contributing to a comfortable stay. For vegetarian guests, I suggest dining at the restaurant located above the property. The menu is affordably priced, with the Chinese cuisine being a standout. A special mention to Mr. Asad Ul Ansari, who was incredibly courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The reception area is well-equipped with various facilities—simply inform the team of your needs, and they are more than willing to assist. One area for improvement would be the bathroom maintenance, which could be enhanced to match the quality of the rest of the services.

Although the hotel is good but room size is not as specified in mm t description (actual 160 sqf instead of 230sqf. Location to is not as described as 100mtrs which is actually app x 600 mtrs. Staff is excellent
