Review Of Hotel Royal Sheraton

Room was not upto the mark..window AC was very noisy that disturbed alot while sleeping..No proper wardrobe was ther to keep the luggage..also the washroom was very conjusted..

The hotel service is very good. The rooftop view is very nice. The staff is friendly. Egg curry and egg omelette are tasty. On walkable distance from hawa mehel. Best in price

they gave us room no 102 which was not clean, transparent rooms, and broken window at toilet which was clearly visible from outside buildings. Doors were not locking properly. They gave us the room that was poorly maintained. Toilets were not clean, room/toilet was not safe. Later we complained this to owner/staff and gave us room no 104 which was comparitivly okay. We booked this for 2 nights and it was not at all worth it. I suggest not to opt for this property if u are in jaipur. U have many other options right in the middle of pink city.

It was a bad experience. Most of the things (so called amenities) not in proper working condition. Food was not cooked properly and almost everything is charged even if u ask for butter it is also chargeable. And even after u include breakfast and payed for that. Things are like that. If you are a foody person thn go for another one. Coz it doesn't matter u are an adult or not they are going to serve you meal of a kid only. U have to keep your slippers and another little things with you coz it is not available or available after heavy argument. Some staff was good only.

Pathetic rooms, unprofessional staff, totally waistage of money

Rooms very untidy, unhygienic and smelt like cigarettes and alcohol. Not worth the money spent. I will not advise this to a family
