Very Bad Experience This was the worst stay I've ever had - AC wasn’t working properly - Rooms were not clean - Staff was unhelpful - Hotel is located far from major tourist spots

1.Poor room service 2.old type of room 3.no utility kit for washroom 4. Water bottle was of very bad quality...bellari instead of bisleri 5. Bad breakfast arrangement ...only 2 items to serve

Rooms were smelling very badly, breakfast management was very poor that too with very very very low quality food. Never recommend. If you are staying there then avoid their meal option. Better to either go out or can order your meal from zomato/swiggy. Parking problem is also a big issue there. Then dont have much space that too you will have to park your vehicle outside on road.

I personally like the rooms and ambience of the hotel it's very quiet and minimal cleaning 10 service 10

Nice property with well behaved staff. The only issue is that they don't give access to the television.

Strategically located on sikar road. Amit kumar the front office manager is a nice person. Room is small but cozy. Little problem faced for hot water. Would like to recommend.

Rooms were small and bedsheets were not clean. Though the staff was very helpful, it's completely a hotel issue and not staff issue. I've stayed at five times better rooms for this price.

It was a nice trip.....the rooms are very comfortable...and all the basic amenities are available in the rooms.....😊

The stay was okay. But my ac stopped working on last day. Although staff provided a vacant small room to sleep. Also the food which i ordered from the menu was stale and very unhygienic. They heated 2-3 days old curries. It tasted and smelled horrible

The room was not tidy. Having pungent smell. Also the blanket provided had worn out. The hot water facility was not there. Had to take shower in cold water. Kitchen was not maintained. Service was ok. But yet need lot of improvement.

Satisfied for business purposes. Room were clean. Facilities of meal available. Geyser hot water available

As per the price i expected a good experience, unfortunately it was not the way i thought. They provided me with a smaller room that had very less space, later when i asked them about the size they said that your room is the biggest that they have. Upon checking another room, i found that they switched my room and were planning to give it to a different party, that room was a big one. Food is just worst, i skipped the last 4 days meal just because it was really too bad. Parking space is just for 4-5 cars only. It ia mentioned that the room had windows with palace view, but there were no windows at all, it was sealed and you cant open it neither see what is outside. Cleaning is good but will have to ask them to clean your room or give them keys before leaving. My room tv was also not working and they took 4 daya just to activate the dish to work again.

Small rooms, issue with water supply in washroom, poor on call service, food quality average, overall experience was very bad, will never recommend anybody to choose such hotel for staying with family
