Even though the booking was done for 3 adults the additional bed was provided only after asking and that also a very thin and poor one. Ac functioning partially.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the town. Great place for connectivity. Auto stand right outside the building and hotels nearby

Horrible
familyRoom was very dirty, its not hygienic. Rooms were not all clean, garbage was thrown everywhere. Toilets were not cleaned before allocating the room

Worst hotel in mangalore.
Unclean rooms. Flush not working in any rooms. Unclean toilets and both rooms. Never ever book this hotel please don't go very pathetic.

Worst experience ever
Improper rooms, uncleaned bed-sheets and towel, no facilities as mentioned, lacking neatness (full dusted room. Uncleaned chairs and even floors. Worst experience ever. Kindly dont book at all.

Poor Stay
Tv and fridge was not working, bedsheets are not clean it has been torn here and there, hope it was a new hotel but it doesnt seems like that

Awful experience
The only good thing about this hotel is its location; everything else was terrible. 1. No tv, no wifi; when asked, they stated that because no one uses tv, they no longer provide it. And the wifi wasn't working right now. 2. The towels and bedspread provided were of poor quality and ripped in places. 3. At a time when everyone is attempting to "go green" they provided plastic glasses and only one bottle of water for three people. 4. One bar of soap for three people 5. The room's hygiene was appalling. In short, the experience was awful, and the room was not worth half the price we paid. I never imagined rooms would be of such low standard. The worst hotel experience so far.

Bad experience: tv was not working, cupboard was filled with balloons used by previous occupant, waited for check in, as i was one hour early. Good experience: privacy was there, staff behaviour also good

Room was dirty and also no hot water no tissues i even saw bed bug it is totally opposite to the pictures which they have posted over experience is terrible

Very poor quality
Don't book this hotel. I spent 1600 for one day. Room not cleaned. No amenities. No room service. Ac not cooling. No sound proofing. Tv is in the room but not working

Bad hotel
Contact phone not working difficult to locate. No clear sign boards or lightning at night. Bed sheets were not changed. It is not a hotel for family saw some "girls" overall poor experience.

Terrible Stay
Booked hotel denied check-in and asked us to got o other hotel. Other hotel was pathetic, no hygiene, no lift, broken cupboard, bathroom was not clean. So we didn't check-in and tried to call booked hotel and mmt but no help received. So we need to book different hotel on our own at 11pm and move. Very bad service from mmt team also.
