It was a pleasant stay and the room was very clean and the stay is very close by many places.

The place was really clean and easily accessible. The property was very well maintained. Here are the pictures

Worst stay and experience! 1- Ganesh the handler is bought directly from Bihar and doesn’t know how to address guest, he uses ‘Tumara’, ‘Tunhe’. When asked to replace the dirty Lenin, he says all the linen’s are the same way. He puts in his Manager on line - Daniel who calls me the guest as ‘Pagal’. When confronted, he seemed like he was drunk and told that he didn’t know me personally and assumed it was ok to call names. Worst stay!

Location - good care taker - excellent rooms - small bathroom & toilet - clean but old tiles and fittings and finishing, you will not fill luxury. Overall - it's good but not overpriced

it's not worth we r paying money it's not worth it's west off money so room is to small hot water problem

It was a very costly stay, and i felt the staff was unprofessional and did not provide basic training for guest handling to the housekeeping staff. I have booked a luxury double room with breakfast. However, the room and toilet were clean. But they haven't provided breakfast or a refund. Because i paid the full amount while booking, while we were in the villa, the staff did not try to contact us for feedback or any concerns. They were all sitting in a closed room and not caring about guests.

Location is very calm and quiet. The caretaker was amazing. We had homely feeling. The facility was neat and clean.

Excellent ambiance prime location from highway from kerala in mangaluru. Moreover balram good staff to attend. Clean and neat. Compact. Well maintained clean. Handed over check-in. It's was very nice, my room was clean ac working and was attended to very well. Proximity to temple.

The place is great and pretty central. The breakfast option is good but they order. Also, the maintenance should be better. No room cleaning, water pressure is really low plus toilet seat is broken. Other than that all good

I booked this property for 2 nights and 3days. The property is a nice bungalow located in a good society and the eating places are very close by distance. The host ashwin allowed us our pet bird. The staff in the property are courteous. The rooms where clean toilets were clean. Bedsheets towels clean which we liked. It gives a homely feeling.

Place is in center of the city. We loved the ambiance very much. Feels like we are in the home. Very calm and we like to stay in same place in all our visit to mangalore

The room was excellent and very tidy, had a refreshing fragrance as we entered the room. Very easy to locate the villa. Loved the way they have maintained the property. Mr. Balram who is the caretaker there, was very humble and very helpful with all that we needed.

I had booked kudla villa for a day at mangalore and i must say this house is soo beautiful that i fell in love they had maintained it. It's a 4 room villa and the rooms are so comfy and the caretaker balram was very humble in attending us. So it's a must stay if you are in mangalore and want to avoid expensive hotels.
