The staff is not at all cooperative. I complained about various issues thrice but no concern by staff to solve the problem. Above all in the name of room delivery of food they asked to sit in restaurant on the pretext of unavailability of staffs. Such a pathetic service. Though room quality is remarkably good given the district where it is located. At the end good for room but lacks sense of service delivery as staffs are not adequately trained for hospitality services.
