Nice hotel, good service, and location is also nice top buxar market. Onky draw back is they have very limited parking space

Room was very unhygienic and untidy. Landline was not working. Parking issues too. No food or breakfast. Worst experience. Extremely dirty

The location is good but the visibility is poor. Maintenance is very poor, water supply was stopped for sometime due to unavailability of water storage, later i informed the owner and it resumed. The communication over the land line was disconnected, during the night a child operated the whole area, this is a very serious concern.

Bathroom is very small and toilet pot was broken. I am very upset by the management of hotel. I was unhappy after staying this hotel.

Behavior of the hotel staff are excellent and hotel room is also clean.

The hotel does not have any views of the river. Difficult to reach in a car. Disappointing overall experience

Location of the hotel is good and its centrally located. Staff behaviour is excellent and they are always present and help the customer always. The hotel has a 24 hrs lift facility, which is excellent. The only drawback is that they don't have their own kitchen but they provide food on order from outside.

Staff behaviour is very good although geaser is disturb but staff also available hot water for bath thanks

The rooms don't have any windows and thus feel suffocating at times. There are frequent power cuts which means availability of both geyser ac is limited. In fact, even lift operations are stopped on account of power cuts. No accessibility at the reception. While the working staff is cooperative, the hotel infrastructure is weak.
