In the hotel bed sheet is not good, in the bathroom no handwash , shop ,no dustbin,very bad experience. I suggest no any book this Hotel . only taken a high charges

There is no tv, geyser, wifi, table, chair and garbage bin. Finally i can say that room was not suitable for staying as a guest in that room. I do not have that room's any picture now.

No daily cleaning, no towel change, no bedsheet change for days. No hot water supply in washroom dirty bathroom. Not a place to stay.

Hotel was impossible to find, gps location wasn't correct, hotel staff on phone was pin pointing local landmarks which were impossible for a first timer to identify like 'thatheri chawraha' at 10pm at night. How can one identify it? at last i was forced to sleep in my car at railway station

I had reached the hotel around 1 :30 am in the night and it was closed had to call the owner and then he called the worker to open the door and also no hot water in the morning inspite of the cold, very rude management

There is no generator fasciitis and staff is poor. Hotel location is horrible and room was disaster and no warm water in room as well as in bathroom. Tv is not working because of not recharged.

The hotel was not upto the mark. First of all the for entrance to hotel you have to cross the railway track which is a big risk. There was no wifi in the room. Hotel staff were friendly. And price of room was bit high according to facility and area.

The hotel is located near platform no 2 but has no light with no backup since entering the hotel room. According to the rates & charges hotel is not up to the mark. I would not recommend it if someone is looking for good hotel rooms in this budget. Very bad experience.

Very near to railway station, but access is not good unless you are having private car. One has to cross the railway line to reach to hotel. No lift in the hotel & it is having 3 floors. No intercom. Food was good, but service was not up to the mark. Plus point is location to railway station.

Room charges is high and facilities of room is so common.

Nice room, no television facility, good staff, situated near railway crossing. Tough to reach there. Not price based room.

First of all, the road to the hotel is terrible. It was a mud road which is barely enough for a suv. Once we reached the hotel, the staff treated us like they were doing us a favour by letting us stay. We ignored that as we were tired and went to check the rooms. The room provided was average and when compared to the price, it was way overpriced.

The place is not accessible by road and goes through a scary location. Even no lights on the muddy road on which bricks and stones are dumped. Doesn't look like a gated property the. How they can claim of a parking space. The place is so scary that you can be robbed, kidnapped and woman has high chances of being raped. Even the hotel owner is rude and forces you to reach the property by your own but practically it not at all safe for traveler who has no knowledge of the city. I don't recommend this hotel to any travelers.
