It was a terrible experience. Very bad room. Inside the room there was no essential.

stay was overall good, room was not clean and blankets was alsonot clean they were just ok.

It was a pleasant stay, The staff were friendly and helpful.Location is very approachable and good for family .

The hotel is well connected with the road, so no problem reaching there. In terms of food, the only service available is packed drinking water and tea. If you want have your meals, you have to get it from outside the hotel. The room service is decent. The only major issue that I faced was the room that the non AC room that the offer was beyond overprice in comparison to the facilities if offer. And the AC rooms where way more expensive. If a window is a must have necessary for you, then don't even try bothering to look for the non AC rooms because it's just like a cave. I hope it will be helpful for others.

Room was full of mosquito

I stay near delhi airport. The rooms are dirty. Towels are not clean. Crew member cooperative. And electric geysers are out of order, toilet commode seats are broken

Store location is easily reachable. Room is clean and comfortable. Specially staff behaviour is very good.

The rooms are good, the location of the hotel is also good. But the washroom is very dirty, even after complaining they do not clean it.

It is excellent experience to stay in this hotel. All room equipments are neat and clean. Their is sufficient water supply availability.

Light is going no generator, washroom water flush out is not proper. Service is good and staff is cooperative.

The room was not clean there was dust on the floor and the furniture toilet was not clean and there was a c there was not proper work

Not stayed in hotel bcoz rooms are not clean. Complained on same day for refund but still waiting for my refund worst experience hope they will respond soon

It was great to stay at sgi. It provided good facilities with low price. I didn't think it's possible to get a hotel to stay at such low price in city like patna but sgi has made it possible by providing good hospitalities.

Concerned Hotel charging us 30 Rs per water bottle, whose MRP was 20 Rs.. Also behaviour of staffs were not good…

Location is good, staff behaviour is good, quick room service, but there is some electricity issue some times, due to which some tume ac get off but fan is for backup mode, i stay here for 4 day overall experience is good

The television was not working on first day. Second day it was repaired but not able to change channels. Ac temperature was fixed on 21 degrees and was not able to increase or decrease temperature. When i woke up today the room was filled with water due to rain. First i thought water came from ac but amount of water was more so probably there was some leakage in room because window was also closed but rain water came inside room.
