Everything is good staff are very helping and friendly but something is missing like that bathroom lights, mosquito in room not cleaning well the room

Too many mosquitoes everywhere, no toiletries no towels even i paid for breakfast but surprisingly there is no kitchen in the hotel to provide it. And our room was booked for triple occupancy with extra bed, but the staff said that they don't have any extra bed. Worst experience i have ever had in any hotel.
