Everything was right but the service was not good, their bed sheet was dirty so I told them at the reception but I told them it was 1 o'clock but it was changed in the evening at 6 pm, And here the power was getting cut every hour for 10-20 minutes. very disappointed to get service by metropol hotel

I want my refund. I have not checked in this hotel. Poor service, rude staff. Don't have how come mm t tied up with hotel. Mm t is harassing the customers. Without any r & d they have just tied up with his hotel. It is not the fault of property but the mmt. Due to the service at night at 12 am i roam around the city in search of a hotel.
