Room is in bad condition. Don't service provide properly on time. Behaviour of staff was very bad. Lift is also not working properly

Everything was right but the service was not good, their bed sheet was dirty so I told them at the reception but I told them it was 1 o'clock but it was changed in the evening at 6 pm, And here the power was getting cut every hour for 10-20 minutes. very disappointed to get service by metropol hotel

Customer ke sath misbehave karte hai staff log.koi dekhne wala nhi hai hotel guest ko

Bathroom door was not locking. There was no kettle and towel in the room. Overall the service was pretty average for the price that i paid.

Ambience is very good. Room is wide. Staff is behaved. Overall a nice place to stay. Food is good too

I want my refund. I have not checked in this hotel. Poor service, rude staff. Don't have how come mm t tied up with hotel. Mm t is harassing the customers. Without any r & d they have just tied up with his hotel. It is not the fault of property but the mmt. Due to the service at night at 12 am i roam around the city in search of a hotel.

Room is not specious. Room is smelly and dirty bed sheets. They don’t provide any facility. Tv and wifi both are not working. Don’t provide water bottles. Lift also not working. Overall not value for money. Will not recommend.

The hospitality of this hotel was below of my expectations. There is no professional at this hotel. It's only for stay there, nothing for any types of hospitality. I hope they improve in future. No thanks

Nice experience in stay @metropol hotel, this is my village home town, now i will stay here when ever visit siwan

Peaceful and homely environment. Staffs are well disciplined and obedient.

Firstly it's clean very peaceful though located in town area. Staffs are gud

Pleasant stay, location is also very much comfortable to roam entire siwan. This is recommendable property for business as well as family trip. Food is also nice and staff is polite and cooperative.

This is a very good property located right in the heart of the town, shops and restaurants are nearby,

Neat rooms, but i feel cost is more. Also the restraunt is terrible can look for rather better places to stay
