bad experience in ashtha hotel service is not good and food also not good .this is my last trip of ashtha hotel

Very bad service and rudely misbehave with guest

The hotel was booked but the room was not available. At night i roam around in search of another hotel.

nice hotel to stay.staffs are very good specially chandan, kunti,ajit ,pankaj ,nirvay,sita all are very co operative and well mannered.

There is less of management and other many things. I had left the hotel at 5 am

Staffs are well mannered. Rooms are also good. If they focus on cleaning little more than its quite good. Overall i say good experience

The services has too poor and irresponsible. Geyser not working properly. Now its 10 am i am waiting hot water for bathing due too cold today. So many times i remind to room service. But not resolve and its not satisfactory

Place is good , and dal Palak is best of here . Overall food is good and in budget . Staff behaviour is very professional

it was overall good stay for a place like siwan. however I was provided blanket only after I asked. further, hot water as of geyser was non functional when I tried using their tap. earlier they said that room service is not available but later after 5 min they did provide room service for food. they take money everything they give u food. i expect that it should be done while checkout and not each time. but still overall I would give them 4 stars for a place like siwan. hotel is well constructed. and location though a bit interior is a worth to stay. management is good overall.
