Hotel Sapphire Inn

The room no.106 tea kettle li was broken. Lack of cleanliness near blinds. Breakfast experience WORST. At 9.45am, all food were cold, as no arrangement of keeping any lamps to keep it hot. In south indian food, only cold/half cooked Medu Vada, no idly, no dosa. In North Indian, asked for Paratha, they replied not possible and on request they served hot Bhatura, as other items were all cold. Please arrange to get it checked without prior information.

The hotel was good, the room was also good and fresh but the room service was very bad, i ordered a tea yesterday morning and called 5 times within 1 hour but i did not get the tea.

Excellent experience. Food quality, room quality, staffs behavior, everything were fantastic. Overall it's a excellent place to stay. It's justified it's price.

Totally Hospitality missing. Receptionist gave me the key and without any staff and sent me alone to the room with my luggage. Room service was also very poor.

Very good room with all modern facilities. Welcome is excellent. The person on reception is polite and cooperative. Room service staff fullfil all our need as we are senior citizen for comfortable stay. At last the restaurant "red chilli"manager is a very caring and good person. He helped us and provide excellent service and tasty food according to our choice.

Good environment with neat and clean room. All staff are very polite. Breakfast and dinner quality is yummy. Overall i like this.

That room had allotted to me, it's is totally unsecured room. That room had three doors on has transparent room and open in common gallery. I don't need any discount, kindly take care for future.

Everything was good rooms were clean staff was humble but they need experience they should also provide small fridge in rooms! plus point their food.

It was more or less good experience but few things were missing like mirror was not there in room, lift was not working, cleanliness was not there… restaurant was good

Hotel infrastructure is nice. But emeneties need more improvement. Breakfast is so so not very good. Taste was o. K. But variety is very few. Staff dress up and conversation is not professional, seems training is required

Good hotel with all modern facilities, food is also great a little overpriced though. Good parking facility and driver accomodation too. Overall it's a great place. A little extra discount on room will make it excellent.

The car started acting funny. As if there was a immobiliser disruptor. Only in this location. Everywhere else the car was fine. And we went to this hotel twice on different days during our road trip. On ongoing and the other during the return. Staff is non responsive. Room qualities are not great. Washroom doesn't have lock.

Room was neat and clean and was spacious along with balcony, bathroom was also very good
