Terrible Stay

My stay at siwan international was a nightmare. It was a horrible experience. They put me a room and the few minutes later shifted to another room. The room condition was bad. Ac was almost broken. It was running but not cooling. I asked to change the room which they agree at first but never allotted another room. Customer was worst. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

businessOver priced, lacks basic services like buffet breakfast. Do-not book complimentary breakfast as they charge 10x cost vs actual service of breakfast. I paid 1300 extra for a plate of a loo pratha as they charged 1300 for complimentary breakfast and served only 1 plate. One additional cup of coffee, i was charged extra.
