Bad experiences I have got service is nill and facility not provided as per as revenue.no no no no no no nono no not stay here

Even if this is a hotel, there is no lift facility. On top of that all rooms are in 4th floor, and you have to carry your own luggage. Hotel staff will not be provided for carrying your luggage. Room is not clean and they provided used pillows and blankets which is terrible. Food rating is negative.....total waste. Don't waste your money for this hotel.

Hotel was good but the service was not good. Even the bed was not clean. When i said to clean the bed and to change the pillow cover which was torn. They said we don't have the room clearner service now. The people who stay just before me. The same bedsheet was at that time. I hope the management will look over it. Anyways it was good.

Check-in was terrible. The man available at the reception was in no mood to attend or entertain even after showing him the booking receipt. Check-in was horrible. Somebody has locked the door and they have not the key, we have to wait for a while at the door.

Pros: they allowed early check in cons: bathroom was dirty, bed and room wasn't clean. Nothing was provided beforehand like soap, towel etc.

Bedsheet was torn and pillow was too old and thin. A lot of mosquitoes were there and the fan speed was very slow

Experience is not good because of the hotel is not totally prepared for good hotels light is not proper

The stay was okay. But i did not like the behaviour of the staff. The manager was rude. Rest everything was okay not good not worse. Just okay.

होटल का रूम ठीक था, लेकिन सिस्टन से पानी नही आ रहा था, फिलहाल ठीक ही था

Nothing more to say it just three days prision in my life i will never forget these three days

Amenities could be better for safety and hygien aspect

Sivan is not a big town. You cannot expect of very good hotels keeping this in mind i would give 4 out of 5 to hotel amarapali.

Everything is ok and there is no one problem in hotel, room is clean and also bathroom is clean
