Unsatisfied with the hotel service

electricity issue (many times for half an hour at least in one go), so I was facing the humidity, there was no room key, so if I had to go somewhere, there is always pressure about my luggage. I told them about this, they said don't worry, we have a camera...then there is no water bottle provided by them till 5 pm, they said (receptionist), u need to call for water instead of taking action or provide the water bottle, room telephone was not working.

familyI don't recommend this hotel for stay, no hot water in room, toilet was dirty, coffee and tea maker in room, no handwash in room, also phone wasn't working you have to call them multiple time for anything you want location is not good traffic jam all times
