Hotel Blue Stone

Washroom was not cleaned. Need to focus on washroom cleaning and other hygiene factors.

Sir hotel location is so awesome and staff behavior is also good and restaurant service is very good 😊 and room is so clean

Only location was good.Rest everything was digusting: The Room which i booked through make my trip and payed for i didn't get on arriving at the hotel.The hotel manager told me that make my trip didn't confirmed from the hotel and booked your booking. Room was stinking. Food menu was of no use as they had only 2items in breakfast. Staff Rude and non polite.

Not a very good experience as per the prices. For breakfast they already charge and in the name of free breakfast they are going to give only Aalu paratha/any paratha as sole option

Pathetic experience. No amenities were present in the room. requested for water dental kit, soap, shampoo after that they provide. T.V. was not working. A.C. Switch was operated from Reception, neither you can decrease nor increase the temperature. in a CP plan they provide only one Aloo paratha with curd.

The amount you guys are charging for this hotel is not more than 1000 rupees. As far as this hotel is concerned, it is a local hotel. They gave me a torn towel and a soap and the TV in the room is also not working. Overall I feel plundered by you guys.

The rooms were not up to the mark. Not very clean. Lacked basic amenities. Bathroom was very dirty.

It was a most horrible hotel and we left in the night. The rooms were musty and unclean. The bathrooms were stinking of stale urine and the staff was rude

Manager absent from reception for a long time. Room quality very bad as per the price.

Staying blue stone feel horrible

During the duration of my stay i found that the hotel does not have room service after 9 pm, also the electricity was cut and upon asking the reception guy said that every hotel does this and refused to switch on generator

I visited twice this year. Its really good but over priced.

I had a really great experience here. Good for family. Food or service is just good as display. 24/7 power supply & cleanliness is just wow

Satisfactory level of amenities for stay and food but costly.

On the 2nd day of stay there was power outage in area but the hotel had the generator and yet they denied to start it. It was such a horrible experience staying without electricity for more than 5 hours that too in afternoon. Never going to recommend this hotel as the owner denied to start the generator even after complaining many times
