Nice place to stay with family. Ambiance is good . Spacious clean rooms. Bathroom is elegant. Staff is very good.

rooms smelled alot, tv for one room was not working, wifi internet services not avaliable. bathroom doesn't have exhaust, bathroom smell more and enter in main bedroom. above all the manager doesn't listen about the issues and the way they treated us is very bad , this is due to the booking from Make my trip

disappointing experience rating: ⭐⭐ review: i recently stayed at [hotel royal ajmer] and was very disappointed with my experience. there were several issues that made the stay uncomfortable: 1. cleanliness: the room was not cleaned properly. [there was dust and stains on the bed sheets and pillows cover and pillow quality was not good] 2. customer service: the staff were [we had reached at 8:30 for early check in they have taken 1200 rs addition 3. amenities: no such things are extraordinary only wifi facility. 4. room interior: the room was not is good condition. 5. hotel and room was not justifying the prices overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and i would not recommend this hotel. i hope the management addresses these issues to improve for future guests.

Hotel was good. But the they provided was at the back side. No ventilation at all also when asked to give the sme room in front side they charged extra 2000. The service of the room was also ok not great. Food is very good in compare to other hotels in that lane. I don't have images

Average hotel, Ac was turned off frequently and ac remote was not given on asking staff said temp is pre set on 22 Celsius but actually it was not and at night ac was turn off. Room was ok. 5 star only for food and quality. I have booked my stay through MMT for 6 days with breakfast included then too while checkout I was asked to pay for breakfast which I obviously didn’t pay while checkout out as I had booking in my MMT app with details. Secondly I had called for breakfast in room dinning and that was billed as lunch. Third on checkout morning I had requested them for breakfast by 7.30 am they said hotel kitchen will start by 8 u will get breakfast post that, after some logical word exchange hotel staff has called for breakfast from some another hotel and I have been asked to pay they bill for it. Overall Hotel management and staff is just looting people for money. After shelling out so much money and getting such pathetic experience then it’s better to stay in guest house.

The hotel charge was a little bit costly and the food was good but the hotel takes a little bit more charge.

1) bathroom was extremely small. Around 3 to 4 square feet. Even can't stand properly. 2) body language and conversation of service staff are not good. 3) room not maintained, looks like they have not done deep cleaning since long. 4) yes, owner provided early check in without any changes on request, however owner need to look into service issues. 5) need to call multiple times to service desk for issues.

Nice and clean hotel for family stay. Staff, manager and owner are very helpful. Good service and tasty food in their restaurant. They also helped to arrange auto on request for station. They helped to arrange cab for taragarh and pushkar. How to get 5%discount

When i checked in they given me room that were very small, unclean blanket n towels, yuk. They talked impolitely n i found it rude too. I checked out in an hour only and booked better hotel in ajmer. That way it was just waste of my money because i booked this hotel which wasn't good.

Overall good hotel in dargah area. Very near to dargah and staffs are polite at reception. Good market view from front room.

Good experience with hotel crew

Hotel management need to focus on hot water facility for bath. Everyday we had to chase hotel management for hot water to take a bath. In one instance they arranged a couple of hot water buckets from outside the room. We observed other people also complaining for non-availability of hot water secondly, air conditioner main switch is with reception, constantly i had to ask them to switch on. Food quality is really good.
