Good budget friendly hotel. It is located in the prime location of BBSR with a good nearby market .

The ambiance was good. staff were very cooperative. loved the stay. toilet maintenance was too good. The washroom was very good, ambiance was pleasant, and Overall, the property offered a comfortable and satisfying stay experience.

The food served in the room service and restaurant was surprisingly very tasty but the overall rooms and hygiene of the rooms was average. Complimentary toiletries and services should be given more promptly. The staff was courteous.

Okay so, the location is good and hotel staff is very polite and helpful

From outside it seems very luxurious but inside its condition is very worst. No trained staffs & managers are there. Front office manager not available for a complaint resolution. Overall i will not recomand anyone about this hotel.
