Review Of Hotel Rigga Inn

Worst experience. When i reached at the hotel, without checkin hotel people money from me even though i already paid on mmt. I asked them the reason so they told mmt is paying them less so we will not be able to provide you the room with this price so they asked me to pay more money. Hotel people told me to contact mmt customer care, i did the same and i explained everything thing to them. As hotel guy asked extra for checkin so mmt people told me to pay the same amount and it will be given back to me (I was told that hotel people will have to provide me with invoice of which hotel guy told me he will give me). I reminded him everyday by calling but he didnt then once he finally did with wrong invoice mentioning about room upgrade which i never asked for. I had a word with mmt people and they told me to connect to the hotel directly so we contacted them directly and he lied on call stating that i was charged extra to upgrade the room to a premium room but the one i booked was already a premium room and i was not even showed the room before i paid still he lied. So never visit here. Also when i was in hotel i have seen this happen with 2 3people more. I never post bad reviews for anyone but this hotel and people working there broke my trust by lying so confidently.

I never experienced this much bad in a hotel, i lost my money, washroom is like hell, bed spread and covers not changed smell like cigar and sweat

Room and full facility very bad. Receptionist is not happy advanced booking, he want me cancel the booking g and take room directly by paying the amount

Booking process was smooth. The guy on the desk was helpful. But the bed sheets and pillow covers were smelly. Even bathroom was stinky.

The rooms are ok it’s a small bungalow converted into hotel. Not bad. Location is good not far from airport.

Rooms are well maintained. If you wish to bring outside food, cutlery is been provided. Washrooms are clean. Nice stay!

Service was really good and staff is very helpful and cooperative. Ambience is also good. And service of staff is very quick and accurate.
