Awesome stay. Five star experience with extremely humble staff. The location was straight within the woods. Stay here for serenity.

It’s the best stay at Yuksam. A lovely property secluded at a beautiful location with views of the mountains, valley and Kunchenjunga. Owners and staff go an extra bit to make your stay comfortable. It even has a library and a bar! Pets on the property are adorable! A great place to start your hike adventures.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Red Palace. The rooms are excellent, neat and clean and their hospitality is superb. The food was delicious

We had stayed in hotel red palace from 25th to 27th january 2024. The location and the amenities were fantastic, so was the warm hospitality of puma dorjee, who took every possible care to make our stay memorable. I would like to go back again when i plan for my next vacation in yuksom

Hotel is located in a great place amid nature offering beautiful views of the mountains. Food is basic and ok. Not value for money.

This is what you call a hidden gem. I stayed there for two days. It was so calm and quiet. Loved every minute of it. The food and hospitality was also good. But what stands out is the location of this place.

Excellent mountain views from the rooms, silence around the property and the rooms are spacious. Hotel food is nice. Recommended.

The view from the balcony was breathtakingly beautiful. The hotel staff were welcoming and courteous. However, due to the booking being in the off season, none of the staff was residing at the property, and there were no guests either. Cosequently, the turnaround time for any requests, e. G. For meals, were a bit longer than what we'd have ideally preferred.

It was plea-sent and peaceful stay at the hotel. The location is superb.

Location was good, but the approach road was very rough for car riding. Staff behaviour was good and they attend on call. Complimentary food was good at taste.

Had a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel is excellent. Rooms are very comfortable. Stuffs are very cooperative and helpful. It never felt that we were there during the off-season. The hotel really did justice to yuksom's reputation as a beautiful place.
