Make my trip app is big fraud

Most 3rd class experience that i have. They are showing wrong location in make my trip app. It is in west sikkim but it's location showing in east sikkim in make my trip. I've lost my 6500- rupees. Even they didnt give my cash back after several times follow up. This app is totally fraud.
