Pathetic experience during my stay. The only reason I stayed here was because it’s a tie-up hotel for my company, and I wasn’t allowed to book another one personally. The AC worked only at a preset temperature with no remote provided, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. The room was not maintained properly — old furniture, damp walls, and clear signs of neglect. It badly needs renovation. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Would strongly suggest the management to improve the basic standards before offering rooms to guests.

well located . rooms are comfortable. staff are keen and courteous. no hot water as the geysers do not work.

Shower was not working properly. Charged for tea with complementary breakfast which consisted of bread, butter, jam plus eggs. Any change would have to be paid for.

Location is very good and food also tasty. Service average. Locations is safe for us.

Wrost ever stay in this hotel. Never been such horrified stay in such a corporate tieup. Rooms are terrible, bathroom are more terrified, ac not working, junior staff has helped bit clueless what to do. Rooms were pathetic dirty. Noone will ask for dinner nor anyone came to ask. Telephone not working so that we can call and ask.

Rooms are not as expected good, toilet was dirty. Breakfast was room related and breakfast are so bad service it will better to stay in any lodge instead of this hotel. Only one item for complementry breakfast even tea was also chargeable during breakfast one pratha in 600- paid in complementry breakfast very bad experience suggest my company to withdraw tie up for this hotel and mm t too

Reached the hotel on time on 4th Aug’23 evening and checked in. The room (standard delux category) had two separate beds, which were joined side by side. We went for a walk after the dinner, and on our return found that the lift was switched off! On inquiry the hotel staff said that it is a practice after 11am. If someone in any room upstairs has some health issue and unable to climb down the stairs, he or she would face a terrific problem without the lift. Next day morning, when went for a bath, it is discovered that the twin type tap doesn’t discharge hot water, and the cold water collected in the bucket is full of mud. Hotel staff came, checked and declared that it would require time to repair the same. They offered another room for bathing only, which we felt very discomforting and didn’t agree. Ultimately, took hot water in mug from the wash basin, mixed it in the muddy water and somehow bathed. At 7:55am, we went to the restaurant at the ground floor and ordered for the breakfast, to be kept ready at 8:45. We went to the restaurant at 8:47, and the breakfast was served at 9:25, after repeated reminders. And there was no customer in the restaurant other than us! Coming back in the evening we found that no repair to the faulty tap was carried out. I again contacted the house keeping and reception personnel and pressed them hard for an immediate repair. A plumber came after a while, did try to fix the problem, but couldn’t. They forcibly gave the key of another room nearby for us to take bath. While going for morning walk on 6th at 6:30, the lift was switched off. We had to walk down from the third floor. And on reaching the entry / exit gate next to reception, the roller shutter was down. And there was none! A man came later on our scream, and took us out through another passage over drains! Coming back, we switched on the geyser of the other room (Room 307), and went for a bath half an hour later. To our utter surprise it was found that the geyser was faulty!!! We called house keeping and reception persons, and requested for a bucket of hot water so that we could bathe and leave. A lady came empty handed and Instead of helping us in such a situation, with a very rough tone. My wife fell sick of migraine attack when she gets stressed. I had to administer medicine to her, and we ultimately got delayed by an hour to reach a place. The hotel staff brought a bucket of hot water later, which was even muddier. We could not use it either. And resorted to the process followed the previous day. Whosoever we came across of the hotel staff, each one is a thick skinned and indifferent to anything. Come what may, they will do whatever they are instructed. No feeling for the comfort of the customers. We checked out on 7th morning. For two persons, they provide only one bottle (1 lit) of drinking water per day! This I understood from the bill at checking out as they charged for the bottles I asked for beyond the one per day. This is again inhuman. Altogether, a horrific and very bitter experience we gathered at this hotel, entire money has gone a waste amongst worthless rude inefficient indisciplined bunch of people. I will request all to refrain from staying at this hotel.

It is an excellent hotel with all facilities. We have enjoyed not only staying in a good room but we have enjoyed its surrounding. Just wonderful place.

The room and the bathroom were shabby. The curtains were stinking. Beds were of about 2-1/2 feet width. Hardened mattresses. Furnitures were unclean and ill maintained. Bathroom fittings were not at all in proper working condition. The commode was broken, very dirty and damaged. Hot water problem. I found a gravel of about 1. 5 cm in the fish curry served to me. Attitude of of the the room service staff was rude and impolite. The reception desk staff leaves hotel at night leaving the reception desk at the disposal of security guard. No reception desk staff was there at 7 am when i checked out on 21. 11. 2022. The security guard helped me out. I don’t quite understand on the basis of what makemy trip can recommend this hotel and hold it out to be a 2 star hotel!

It's an average hotel with average accommodation average staff with below average food quality. Hotel restaurant food quantity is not worth it could do better

Nothing positive about this hotel. Hygiene- terrible food - very bad water - very dirty, i didn't bath during my three days stay. Breakfast was booked in advance but they gave only one aalu paratha. Refused to give water bottle and tea with breakfast. Room was not cleaned during my stay. Water bottle not provided in room. Cup was not provided in room. One glass was there.

Overall the stay was average by considering every factors which i have covered. 3/5 ratings may be given.

First of all room was given after 1 and a half hour late then also it was not same as described in profile. No towel, soap, toothpaste etc, all daily needs were not provided. No fridge was given. 2 family member also included with all charges but no extra bed was provide. Room was also in a very bad condition with frequently washroom water problem summary is that all this was because i book room through make my trip that's why they doesn't bothered what review they are getting against their hotel

The hotel rooms ar average quality as of price of a double bedroom cost. Serivce is good. Rooms are of average quality, but cleanliness is very good.

Yesterday checkout time we call the reception then room service staff came everything is fine but after reach the reception they told red spot found in bed cover and they told 400 rs. Then we want to see the bed cover then they showed us. We see a little pink colour and a burning glass is needed to find the spot. Then we want to talk to the maneger they say there is no maneger now and there is no management staff. No option for us. This incident is a sort of conspiracy
